An Eau Claire woman is facing charges, accused of embezzlement from the Humane Association. Nicolle Wilson is charged with five felony counts connected with theft and fraud against a financial institution.
A criminal complaint filed says Wilson tried to cash a check for 60-thousand dollars at an Eau Claire credit union. She was the Humane Association’s bookkeeper from May to September of this year.
