A Silver Alert is in effect for an elderly Marathon County man. Eighty-four-year-old Richard Czarnecki was last seen at St. Mark’s Catholic Church in Rothschild on Saturday evening around 5:30.
It’s believed he was in Forest County near Crandon last night. He is known to frequent Stevens Point, Cedar Creek and Schofield. Czarnecki is a white male, with gray hair and a receding hairline, about five-foot-seven and 190 pounds.
