A fire that destroyed a popular bar and bowling alley in Friendship is under investigation.
Fire crews were called just after one o’clock Monday to the Friendship Bar and Bowl in the Village of Friendship. A portion of Highway 13 was closed while crews battled the blaze. Nearly 40 firefighters responded to the scene, where the building is considered a total loss, but there were no injuries.
