Foxconn is purchasing two properties in the downtown area of Eau Claire. Governor Walker and Foxconn officials announced the purchases at Phoenix Park yesterday.
The company is buying a six-story office building on Grand Avenue along with the majority of the first floor at Haymarket Landing. Officials say the new technology hub will bring 150 high-tech jobs to the Chippewa Valley.
